Join Ocean First on this unique adventure to serene Utila, Honduras that combines great reef diving with the opportunity to snorkel with the world's biggest fish, the whale shark! Utila is part of Honduras' Bay Islands and is known for a laid-back lifestyle and awesome diving. One of the biggest draws to this little island is the frequency of whale shark sightings, however. Nobody is really sure why the whale sharks love this part of the Caribbean so much but our group will have the chance to learn more about their behavior and biology from the researchers at the Whale Shark & Oceanic Research Center. This group of conservationists will share their knowledge with our group in several presentations throughout our trip. We will have 2 "whale shark safaris" where we can snorkel with these majestic creatures out in the open ocean. Although there is never a guarantee of sightings this is prime season (February - July) for incredible encounters. This is a great trip for divers and snorkelers alike as there will be excellent snorkeling opportunities at many of the same sites the divers visit.

Trip Cost:
- $2,995 diver, double occupancy
- $3,695 diver, single occupancy (space is limited)
- $2,450 non-diver, double occupancy
Payment Schedule:
- Non-refundable deposit: $500
- $750 due 2/15/24
- Final payment due 3/15/24
- Passport must be valid for 6 months
Cancellation Policy:
- Changes made to the reservation may result in additional fees.
- Cancellation 180 days or more: refund given based on reselling the space, minus the initial deposit.
- 179 - 120 days: payments made to date are forfeited as well as any vendor fees.
- 119 days or less or a no-show: no refunds given.
