My husband and I booked a two-tank dive with Sharky. Flawless service, we had Matt as our dive guide. We had an awesome time and everyone was just perfect. Sharky and Matt brought us to great locations. We were lucky enough to see an eel and turtle along with so many cool reef fish. Can’t recommend this company enough. It is great for new divers or advanced divers looking for great spots. Can’t wait to come back.

Just returned from a great two days of diving with Capt. Sharky and dive master Matt. I have been diving for over 50 years and have to say that I have not had a greater experience than with Ocean First and these guys. They know the reefs and wrecks in Key Largo better than anyone. Two great dives on the Speagle Grove as well as some shallow reefs. They did everything to make my diving experience remarkable. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

THE BEST DIVING IN THE KEYS!!!! Captain Sharky and First Mate Matt did an excellent job. They took care of the whole boat and the diving was very relaxing with good visibility definitely going back next month. I had a blast.

Citizen Science - OFI Research Station
As an exciting extension to our partnership with MarineLab, our very own nonprofit, Ocean First Institute, established a research facility next to the dive shop. This exciting development will allow Ocean First Institute to fulfill its mission of conservation through research and education by affording staff and associated students opportunities to conduct ecologically significant and conservation-minded research, often involving endangered or imperiled species and heavily impacted habitats. The purpose of the research is to fill gaps of knowledge that are key for science-based conservation, and to work with students through their educational programs to produce generations of conservation minded scientists and stewards for the environment.
