The small, island nation of the Maldives is arguably one of the best big animal dive destinations in the world. With over 1,100 exquisite coral islands nestled in the Indian Ocean, the Maldives deliver close encounters with graceful manta rays, huge whale sharks, and enormous schools of reef fish. It is not uncommon to have a train of mantas lined up in a current-swept channel, waiting their turn to be cleaned by small reef fish while you hover nearby!
Aside from amazing diving, the Maldives are one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Idyllic white, sandy beaches line countless islands; you can’t help but fall in love with the views as one is more striking than the next.
Our trip also includes the SSI Manta Ecology course to better prepare our divers for this epic adventure. If you are looking for an exciting, thrilling and exotic dive vacation, the Maldives delivers every time!

Trip Cost:
- $4,125 double occupancy, twin cabin

Payment Schedule:
- Nonrefundable deposit required to reserve: $1,000
- $1,000 due January 1, 2024
- $1,000 due April 1, 2024
- Final payment due June 30, 2024
- Passport must be valid for 3 months after departure date
Cancellation Policy:
- Changes made to the reservation may result in additional fees
- Cancellation 180 days or more: refund given based on reselling the space, minus the initial deposit
- 179-120 days: original deposit is forfeited as well as any vendor fees
- 119 days or less or a no-show: no refunds given
