Mia is originally from North Carolina and is currently in Boulder pursuing an Anthropology degree with a minor in Religious Studies. She hopes to use her education to work in museums and archives. Mia has been swimming since she was a baby and competed from ages 9 to 16. Her favorite stroke is the breaststroke, and she enjoys long-distance and open-water events. Her favorite sea creature is the nautilus!
