Mark your calendars for a day of fun, learning, and community spirit! We're thrilled to announce our upcoming Community Splash Day dedicated to water safety for all families – not just our current swim family members.

Bring your swim clothes and jump into some fun pool activities with us! Check out the schedule below. You do not need to sign up in advance for the pool activities, except for the scuba lessons. You can save time by creating an account with us and reviewing our liability documents.

Free Swim Evaluations- ages 3+ (all day): Want to know your swimmer's level? Have them bring a swimsuit to jump into the pool with one of our instructors. We will teach them skills and drills we use in classes, assess where they fit best in our program, and end with something fun!

Baby & Me Intro Lesson- ages 6-36mo (12:15-12:35 pm): Not sure what to expect for your baby's first swim lesson? Come sing songs, play games, and learn swim safety and skills with us! A guardian is required to get in the water with each baby, and the babies must wear swim diapers.

Reach, Throw, Go- ages 3+ (12:15-12:35 pm): Does your child know what to do if someone needs help in the water? Participants will learn the three fundamentals of assisting a swimmer in distress from our resident lifeguards.

Life Jacket Safety- ages 3+ (12:15-12:35 pm): Have you ever swam with a lifejacket on? Each swimmer who participates in this activity will get fitted for a life jacket and will have an opportunity to jump in and swim using this fun flotation aid!

Safety Skills Practice- ages 3+ (12:40-1:10 pm): Join us to learn important safety skills in the pool. During this block, we will have stations for our different levels of swimmers to practice water safety skills. Some of these include what to do if you fall in the pool, what to do if you fall off a boat, treading, and elementary backstroke.

Snorkeling & Meet a Mermaid- ages 5+ (1:15-1:50 pm): We will have an open pool time where participants can work on their snorkeling skills while joining our mermaid in the pool. Don't know how to snorkel at all? We will have an instructor in the water to help show new snorkelers the basics. Participants in this block should be comfortable swimming independently.

Teen Try Scuba- ages 12-18 (2:00-3:00 & 3:00-4:00 pm): Does your child want to take their love of water to the next level? We are inviting 12-18-year-olds to participate in an introductory scuba lesson. Students will need to sign up in advance for a designated slot and fill out a waiver and medical paperwork to participate. Sign up to secure your Try Scuba spot!
