Taylor grew up in Houston, Texas but had the privilege to travel! Her first trip as a child was to Costa Rica where she realized not everything was concrete and buildings. She immediately felt at home in the water and with the animals. When she returned home, she began swimming competitively and eventually moved on to playing water polo competitively.  She continued to travel and picked up snorkeling and skiing, both water and snow. After graduation from Texas A&M with a degree in business with a minor in psychology and youth development, she decided it was time to move to Colorado. Here she enjoys hiking, pilates and picnics in the outdoors.
