Sophia was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Colorado in kindergarten. She has been swimming since before she could walk, and started competitive swim in 6th grade. She loves to be in the water, whether it’s a day at the beach, swimming laps, or going paddleboarding. She is a student at CU Boulder, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Sophia’s other hobbies include hiking, hanging out with friends and family, sewing, and being creative.
