Mike has always had a strong connection with the water.  He grew up swimming competitively and was an NCAA All-American swimmer in college.  He loves all forms of diving and while he’s a SCUBA Divemaster, his true passion is spending time underwater without breathing.  Mike loves sharing his passion for freediving with others and embraces the fact that freediving is as much an inner journey as it is an outer exploration.  When he’s not diving Mike is likely doing physics (fusion energy) or art (oil painting).
