Born and raised in Miami, Lily has always been drawn to the ocean, spending weekends at the beach or on a boat. A lifelong runner, she took up swimming and biking in 2021, leading her to CU Boulder, where she competed on the triathlon team and earned her degree in Psychology. Now competing at the elite level, Lily specializes in the full Ironman Distance. Her favorite race is the Ironman World Championships in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, where she recently raced with the dolphins and finished 6th in the world. Open water swimming remains her true passion, especially when it means encountering marine life along the way. Above all, Lily loves sharing her enthusiasm for swimming and endurance sports, inspiring others to pursue big goals and discover their own strength.
