Jewels grew up splashing around the California coast and helping rehabilitate wildlife. With nearly 3,000 dives and a passport full of stamps from 7 years of solo travel she lives for experiences! Jewels brings a wealth of global dive experience from Thailand, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, Komodo National Park, Raja Ampat, and more. She’s worked as an underwater photographer, marine snorkel guide, dive master, and instructor in some of the world’s most biodiverse marine environments. Before landing in Colorado, she worked as a conservation biologist studying monkeys in Belize, tracking wolves in Montana, and protecting wildlife across the U.S. These days, she brings that same passion for the planet into every dive she leads..At Ocean First, Jewels is known for her adventurous spirit, love of marine life, and knack for making people feel safe, confident, and connected to the ocean!
