Originally from New Jersey, Dave made his way to Colorado in 2000 by way of Wisconsin and Texas.  He fell in love with the splendor of the Rocky Mountains and the West in general.  Always at home in nature, the mountains kept him busy until earning his Open Water certification in 2017 and diving in the ocean the first time in Belize.  The underwater nature experience was unlike anything else on land, and he was hooked.  Enamored with new and interesting dive sites around the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Australia, he couldn’t get enough.  Earning a Dive Master rating in 2019 and becoming an Open Water Instructor in 2021 allowed him to spread his passion for the underwater environment to others through education.  Dave can be found working in technology in the financial industry during the day, playing music, attending concerts, and diving all over the world.  Whether exploring shipwrecks, underwater caves, or amazing flora and fauna in the ocean, there is always something new to see.  An avid rebreather tec diver since 2020, there is no environment Dave will not find an underwater haven.  Fresh water, salt water, ocean, life large and small…it all appeals to him in some manner.
