He began his professional SCUBA career at the age of 18 as a Dive Instructor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Sage is widely recognized for his impactful tenure as an SSI International Training Manager, where he played a pivotal role in establishing SSI as a premier global training agency. Currently, at Ocean First, he is leveraging his extensive expertise to significantly enhance the SCUBA, Swim, and Retail departments.
