Required: complete this waiver prior to arriving to your photo session. One waiver is required for EACH participating individual.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot to get changed and be ready to get into the water at the time mentioned above. Time slots are exactly 15 minutes per group - no more than 5 people per group.

Bring everything you need for a day at the pool: swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, goggles, etc.
